Production Capable Tooling
 Unlike soft steel tooling which yields only a few hundred cycles, ABA-PGT hardened prototype cavity sets can be used to mold a greater quantity of parts. An investment in our prototype tooling can provide initial samples for design validation testing and the ability to bridge the gap between program startup and pre-production. We can continue to verify the prototype product quality by reporting on the CTF dimensions or quote you a full qualification or "conversion" of the prototype cavity sets to a full production environment. It is reassuring to many engineers to realize that parts produced off the initial prototype tools, which passed design validation, are the same tools used during production start-up. The production-qualification cycle can be dramatically improved by allowing the supplier that prototypes your parts to maintain responsibility for production - ABA-PGT is built to do just that!
