Our STP group will provide the speed you need and generate production quality prototypes in seven working days. Quick turnaround hardened cavity sets will be fabricated utilizing the same machining processes and materials that are used on our world class production molds. Our experienced tool designers, toolmakers, process technicians, and project managers will be involved from program inception and our large inventory of gear engineering resins eliminates long lead resin procurement.

Four sizes of in-stock cavity sets to fit our universal die frames cover a wide range of gear sizes, from micro molded parts to gears in excess of 3" in diameter.

To address the more complicated parts in an equally impressive turnaround time, special pre-made fixtures are used in conjunction with separate drop-in hand loads for tricky side cam features. Manual unscrewing is available for worms and threads.
