Volumes needs of up to 10,000 can be OPTIMIZED utilizing our "plug set" concept, instead of spending dollars on a complete tool. High volume requirements can be met with our Class 101 molds, guaranteed by a 1,000,000 shot service agreement. Your annual requirements DO NOT affect the quality of the mold. During the design of the tool, great attention is placed on gating location, venting, temperature control and part ejection. The design of YOUR product is scrutinized making certain the mold is efficient to manufacture and the part is easily processed during the molding cycle.
